Guidelines for Abstract Submission

All submitted abstracts can be written in English or Malay.

Each accepted paper for oral presentation will be allotted 10 minutes for oral presentation followed by 5 minutes questions and discussion.

Each accepted poster will be allotted a poster board space. Poster should not exceed the size of 36" x 48".

 PAPER FORMAT

Abstract should be within 300 words, excluding title, authors’ affiliations and contact details. Abstracts should be sent in a word document and written in 12 points Times New Roman font, single-spaced, justified.

The abstract must be written in the following structure:

  • Introduction
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion

The abstract should not contain any References, Tables or Figures.

Each submission must include title, full name and professional affiliation of author(s). The presenting author’s name is being mark with asterisk (*).

Due date for Abstract submission is 31th JANUARY 2026.
